AI workways for a happy brain

AI tricks and tools change by the hour, but our biology, our brains, do not. How do we work in this new way, with these changing tools, without depleting ourselves. What can we do to improve our energy so we don't feel completely exhausted and overwhelmed at the end of the day working with AI. The lens we take is that of a developer shipping features or clearing tech debt. 70 Android engineers, 500k+ lines of code, 1k+ modules

We will briefly look at the different ways AI work depletes us so we can understand how to tackle each. We will get a quick overview of how our brain works. The bulk of the talk we will dig into adjustments we can make in the way we work to stay healthy and energised while we are surrounded by multiple agents and orchestrators. What known advice can we adjust to the AI workflows?

Looking after ourselves will help us to achieve some of the productivity gains AI promises without burning our brains to a crisp.
