Modern software delivery practices such as the two-week sprint, the Minimum Viable Product, and strict backlog prioritisation were built on one assumption: software is slow and expensive to build. AI is rapidly eroding that constraint.
In this talk, Vahid Panjganj, a software engineer, and Nadav Mordechai, a product leader, challenge delivery practices the industry has treated as gospel for decades. From the engineering side, AI-assisted development is compressing work that once took weeks into hours, raising questions about velocity, estimation, and prioritisation.
